I bought few stones (one yellow sapphire, one Ruby and one red coral) about 2years back. Mr. Shailender helped me to chose the best option they have and processed my order smoothly. All the rituals were performed well, individually and vedois were shared to my WhatsApp number. Looking forward to buy few more for my wife but seems their price little jacked up in two years.. I wanted to buy a gemstone and did some search and spoke to their team. First of all they told me they ship 60-70 gemstones to Australia daily . On asking for a reference they couldn't provide 1 . Then I also asked some sort of guarantee in case stone is cracked etc as the reviews on this website are quite bad and the person at other end replied their net is disconnecting and wont be able to reply ...Reallllllly... Upon asking what they have to say about the bad reviews and experiences of people on this website, They say we have 70% customers who are happy and that is fine by them... Not going to buy from this place. Where poor service

i chose a stone (Tanzanite) as I had a birthday coming up and wanted to treat myself! I found the sales person a little pushy but to be fair I was asking a lot of questions, basically I don't trust the internet and especially when large amount of money are involved. I chose to have the stone set in a ring so i was asked to choose a shank type. I waited... and waited some more then eventually webchatted with them. It was explained that there had been a national holiday so the ring and any communication regarding the ring had ceased. This didn't help my slightly negative feelings toward the company. The process was a long one however by UK standards it was very quick. I can go to my working jeweler and expect to wait 4 weeks to have a small alteration done. I now have the ring and it is exactly what I ordered.The packaging was amazing hand sown its its binding then a hand made box that the ring box is placed inside. the workmanship on the packing alone was a work of art! red wax seals and all! I am now wearing my ring and i am happy i "bit the bullet" and ordered it. THIS STONE IS GENUINE and 22ct gold shank. If you want service like a UK top end jeweler this probably inst the place for you to buy, however I took a chance and I am very glad I did.

I generally don't bet a lot on online reviews but for shopping a ring/gemstone outside India, I had to place blind trust on GemPundit's reviews considering how hard it is to get quality stuff everywhere. We recently ordered a pair of rings-with-gemstones from them and the experience from the very first step was extremely pleasant. For some weird reason, my payment did not go through initially but the GemPundit representative(Ashu) called me immediately noticing the glitch(might have been 1:30 AM in India as I was placing the order from USA) and got that issue fixed on the phone right there. This itself shows that their entire team values their customers as lot. We were very regularly notified on the ring making progress - which also included email updates of photos and videos of the finished product. We chose standard shipping that they estimated to be around 9-12 days for delivery after the ring was prepared. But the entire process took just over 10 days - from ordering the ring to delivery. Definitely worth mentioning that their craft work is excellent and their product quality, packaging and instructions are top of the class. Recommend them highly for any one who wants to shop gemstones online from any where in the world.
