Florin provided a fantastic service from start to finish when our boiler was on its last legs. Very honest by giving us a quote to repair and a quote to replace, he didn’t push either option on us. A very professional job done and not a spec of mess left behind! Great and secure system used for payment and conversations with Florin. Highly recommended and we’ll be calling again if we need a plumber.

A text or phone call let us know when to expect them and they arrived on time which was a definite bonus, especially for plumbers!! Their Customer Service is second to none We even received a surprise gift of a lovely scented candle and a thank you for supporting their business a few weeks after the job was completed.
