J'ai choisi cette clinique sur internet depuis la France. Il est assez difficile de réussir à sélectionner la bonne clinique à l'étranger pour sa greffe capillaire. On trouve une très grande disparité d'info et il est facile de s'inquiéter. Les résultats semblaient probants et les photos également. Je gardais néanmoins avant de venir une appréhension certaine quant à la véracité des témoignages etc. Mais une fois arrivé je dois dire que les témoignages vidéos se sont confirmés. De l'arrivée a l'aéroport à l'intervention l'équipe a été présente notamment avec l'accueil et le transport le jour de l'intervention par Binevs la manager. L'équipe semblait détendue et compétente. J'ai vu beaucoup d'interventions sur internet avant de venir, cela reste une intervention assez lourde mais beaucoup moins sanglante et beaucoup plus propre que ce que j'ai pu voir dans des vidéos d'autres cliniques peut être plus médiatisées.. Trop tôt pour se prononcer sur le résultat final mais je reste assez confiant. Si une deuxième greffe devait survenir je choisirais certainement la même clinique.

I’m 36 years old and I’m from Bangladesh. I had norwood 5 and I spent 1 year doing search about the hair transplant. I found Big Hair Clinic on google with good reviews. I contacted the assistant Selina and she provided me a lot of informations and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the clinic. I decided to go with big hair clinic. From the arrival day to the departure day all was very well organized. The surgery day, the doctor spent 1 hour with me and got a detailed consultation. The surgeon made the incisions and he was all the time checking the team during the extraction and the implantations phases. I was the first patient taken in the morning and the good thing that they just operate 2 patients per day. I had 3500 grafts transplanted with the FUE-Sapphire technique. The surgery went very smooth and Binevş was with me whole day. The clinic is very clean and the team speak very good english. Now I’m 7 months post op and the result is very natural and the most important is that my donor area looks good and not overharvested. I’m really happy that I had my operation at this clinic. BIG HAIR CLINIC is one of the best hair transplant clinics in Turkey in terms of quality and service.

I found bighairclinic through my hairdresser in New York. I had my surgery 8 months ago and the result is fantastic. I have my old hair back. The whole process was amazing. I was also very surprised, I did not expect this good service. The staff spoke very good English and everybody was very helpful. The hospital was clean and the surgery went very smooth and the team was very professional. I am definitely recommending this clinic to anybody who considers to have a surgery.

Tout est pris en charge, le devis est fait prealablement par rapport aux photos, pas de surprises. L'equipe est vraiment professionnel et humaine.

I just completed my procedure with the folks at Big Hair Clinic and was deeply impressed by the caring team that helped me through the process. Having never had a medical procedure like this one, I wasn't sure what to expect. I like to think I'm an experienced traveler who can handle my way around most cities, but it was really nice to have everything taken care of for me by the clinic. A well appointed van whisked me away upon arrival at the airport. A team member met me at the hotel, which was clean and provided me a free upgrade, and the team helped me through a tight process (my arrival and departure were less than two days apart). The patient advocate, Binevs, sets the experience apart. She was with me throughout a (very long) day of surgery, helped me get to the clinic, comforted me during the most challenging parts of the procedure, brought me lunch and snacks, and even helped me understand how to handle entering cars and adjusting seat belts for the time when the grafts are especially young and tender. I am so grateful for her and her team and cannot imagine having undergone this procedure without their support.

Hello, I wanted to write about my experience I had with Bighairclinic. My hair was falling out and I did a lot of research before deciding who to choose. I contacted Selena on customer service for information and her sincer reply made me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions, even the silly ones:) We planned the surgery date and the only thing I had to do was to set a date and buy my ticket. I was picked up from the airport and brought to my hotel. The surgery was not as painful as I expected to be. They explained how to use my medication and how to take care after the surgery. I was dropped at the airport the next day and I’m now waiting with excitement for the result.

I am so happy that I choose Bighairclinic. The results are so successful that nobody even understands that I had a hair transplant. I would really recommend anybody who is thinking of having a hair transplant to this company. The hospital and the staff was very nice. They had a translator who spoke very good english so the language was never a problem. Everything went very well during the surgery. A big thank you to Bighairclinic!!

Process was very well planned out. I had a very positive experience with Big Hair Clinic. The entire team was very professional and very serious about their job from the patient assistance to the doctor and the medical team. The surgery day, they answered to all my question before starting the operation. The surgery itself wasn’t painful. They implanted 2500 grafts on my hair line and 1000 grafts on the crown with DHI technique. I’m really satisfied about the result.
