I ordered 2 perfumes for my mother, she was handed an empty box by the Royal Mail courier. Have tried to dispute with little success, rude responses and generally unprofessional conduct. I’m guessing it’s an issue with Royal Mail more so than this company but they’ve basically refused to open an investigation with Royal Mail leaving me basically robbed of £120.
