He helped relay all the various options and permutations for having a solar/battery set up like ours. Everything Russell explained was backed up by real-time data and projected analysis that helped paint a picture of what we needed based on our usage and outlook. From beginning to the end a very pleasant experience. Initial quote with surveyor coming out to arrange where the panels would go along with the installation process. I have had the panels a year now and they are a high quality product. I have also had the additional benefit of selling energy back to the grid. The panels they recommended are of the highest resolution and a quality product. The inverter and batteries are high quality. The fitting was done well and quickly. The overall price was competitive. What has made me give a 5 star is the after sales service. They helped me set up the WiFi connection and download the App and everytime I have rang with a quiry they have returned my calls or emails immediately and talked me though whatever I'm asking. The original salesperson Russell Rubinstein and director Mo have contacted me regularly to make sure I'm happy with the system. Mustafa the tech guy has been brillient and very patient with me helping me to understand the system and even reconfiguring the system remotely to import electricity into the batteries at the cheapest rate and exporting the electricity into the house from the batteries when the prices are highest to suit the tariff I'm on. Brillient.... A win win. The lengthy guarantees are also a comfort. If I need to extend the system or do another house I would use Bri-tek. Without hesitation.
