I haven't been able to use the service since August. I've send tons of emails, chats, tickets and even tried calling their office in the US but the voicemail boxes are full on every line. No-one is responding and I am unable to use the service I have paid for.

Mai has helped me a lot today. With his/her help I managed to upgrade my plan, which was promoted in the email, processed with payment, and checked after what is my status. All time was quite responsive. And despite your Live Chat system always works not well (is getting closed automaticallly in each 5 minutes) I was getting back with the operator and having followed with previous chat talk. Thanks to this person a lot!

servizio ineccepibile il sopratutto il valore personale di alcuni operatori è decisamente sopra la media come francesco che ha gestito un delicato problema di filtri spam in pochi minuti interfacciandosi con il secondo livello del supporto
