If in Northern Ireland don’t bother ordering Iv ordered 3 times now and every time it’s been weeks before I get it , gave them a few chances now but that’s me finished

Will definitely NOT be buying from this company again. My item still has not arrived yet I received tracking info stating delivery would be yesterday between 8-6. I rung radio world and got the rudest person on the other end. I explained I’ve paid a good price for delivery 7.99 I think and it was due yesterday. I explained this and the guy was saying he doesn’t know and it should be here by Monday!! That’s another 2days! I told him about the tracking and he said once they send it it’s nothing to do with them yet couldn’t give me anymore information on something I’d paid his company for. He had real bad attitude and should not be talking to customers at all let alone the way he did. I’m disgusted with the service I’ve received and have still not got my item. I’d recommend you purchase from moon raker knights or Martin lynch and sons before using these. This company was a couple of pound cheaper, well I know why now! In future my money will be going elsewhere and I’d suggest anyone else did the same. Edited after radioworld reply! How dare you? For that price it should of been here the next day. I also have screenshots stating overnight delivery and tracking for delivery yesterday. But from your attitude I can see why your staff are so incompetent. Ok so your saying 2-3 days so again where is it as your colleague couldn’t tell me where my product I’ve paid for and through the nose for delivery is? Such a rude company. I cannot wait to tell all I know to avoid dealing with radio world. No wonder people are turning to Martin lynch and sons and moon raker who I highly recommend and wish I’d stuck to. So finally you don’t know where my order is and it is officially late, yet you still thought you could be rude on here and I wouldn’t be able to reply. Joke of a company

A very quick and personal reply to something that was not quite right. Things can go wrong and human error with my part being sent to the wrong address. This was resolved very quickly and without any reticence. The human error was fixed with the human touch. Can't rate them highly enough.
