Phoned the shop for an obscure part. Excellent customer service and prompt response. I was very happy.

Radioworld really came good sorting out the warranty repair of my Xiegu radio. I did have several moans about how long it was taking but now see that they were doing all they could to resolve things for me + they were courteous and professional in the way they put up with my moaning. On the basis of this experience I will use them again for my next big radio purchase.
