I popped in to buy a couple of 2m/70cm collinears on my way up the M6 and Martin couldn't have been more helpful. There was only one Diamond X-30 in stock at a really competitive, discounted price and Martin spent some time checking what other models were in stock and discussing the pros & cons of each. He was attentive, detailed and customer focused with no rush or pressure to buy the model that makes most money and was more than happy to apply a 5% discount voucher which saved me the cost of the SO239 to N adapter I bought too. Thanks again Martin for all of your help!

My experience could have been better, but I struggled to find the "delivery option". It took me a while to find it. So, that could be improved.

The last 2 deliveries have been hopeless to be honest. Evri too nearly a week when I'd paid for 1 to 2 days & DHL just turned up (when no one was in) and went away with again! We have a enclosed porch that can't be seen from the road (50ft away) & covered with 3 cameras. No parcels have ever been stolen & we only usually have to be 'present' for alcohol deliveries.
