Out of stock when it came to delivery, took the money and I received a refund but should have been told they were out of stock at the beginning of the sale.

I purchased a vertical antenna from yourselves at the Hamfest for use the following day in the Isla of Skye. Unfortunately when I tried to assemble it I found that the fixings were missing out of the package. I contacted your customer service and some one sent me some replacement U Bolts. These were completely useless being larger than the antenna mounting plate. I emailed customer services again and in reply some one suggested I bodge the antenna mount by cutting it and using the oversized U Bolts. I still do not have U Bolts of the correct size and have given up on you supplying them. This is the first and last time I will use Radioworld. Back to ML&S.
