To Aica Customer Service, To date I have no response from Aica Bathrooms despite several attempts to  contact them! They promote an incorrect phone number and do not respond to emails so how is one to contact them...???  Appalling customer care. I purchased the Pivot Shower Bath Screen Easyclean glass with shelves 1000 x 1500 mm Chrome, order number is (ORDER AOSP24359) on recommendation from a friend who bought the same bath screen. I confirm I got my bath screen installed professionally on 19th April 2023, and it looked fantastic! Regrettably, to my horror, the bath screen door pulled away from the fitting whilst on a family holiday. It smashed into fragmented pieces, proving the Tempered glass technology failed safety works. However, I dread to think of the severe injury the falling glass door could have caused if someone had been in the bathroom then! In addition, I categorically validate that the bath screen was recently installed, has yet to be used, and still has partial packaging attached; therefore, wear and tear is not a factor. Please see attached pictures and video of the broken bath screen sent in my email to you. Consequently, I have sort the opinion of a specialist tradesman to assess how this failure could have happened, who advised the bath screen fitting enclosure is at fault. This is a serious matter and its unbelievable Aica Bathrooms are treating this with utter contempt! Hence, I am contacting you to investigate further and get in touch with me to discuss further.  Meanwhile, I will seek legal guidance on how to proceed with my complaint. I hope to hear  from you.
