I purchased two vertical radiators and was impressed with the quick response from customer service. Although they couldn’t offer a Saturday delivery option, they replied promptly and professionally. The ordering process was seamless, and delivery was quick—I placed my order on Thursday night, and it arrived by Monday lunchtime. The radiators were well packed, and the delivery driver was helpful. My only minor issue was with the delivery company—they were supposed to call an hour before arrival but only sent an update a minute after I had already received the order. This wasn’t Aica’s fault, just a small frustration with the courier. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would order from Aica again.
