With the event in 48 hours, the rush order site wouldn’t let me place my order but the rep was able to override this and allow me to place my order with a delivery date within 24 hours. I ordered 7 shirts and paid for rush delivery. (725$ total) The shirts didn't arrive when promised. When I called customer service they told me they could get them to me 4 days later but that I would have to pay an additional fee!! I confirmed with the Rep that she could see that I paid for rush delivery. The customer service Rep stated that she could, and then told me this happened all the time. When I asked if she could actually guarantee the shirts would arrive 4 days later, she said, no. I canceled the order.
