When I contact design customer service - they got back to me in under 5 minutes and helped me create a great product. The sweatshirt itself is excellent quality - soft, sturdy fabric and the color matched what was shown online. The print itself is flawless - I will be proud to wear this and represent my business. I had an issue with sizes on my order. The sizes were too large unfortunately. I then contacted customer service and was quickly answered by Jessica Moss. She was wonderful. Her communication skills coupled with her speedy responses were incredible and made dealing with the situation relaxed with no stress. She was able to resolve my issue in a very short amount of time! I highly applaud her and would suggest anyone to her.

The print came out clear, but I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the print material itself. That could just be a misunderstanding on my part, but it's a very reflective material, appears like it will easily peel off in the future, and there are little white outlines along various edges of the artwork that didn't exist in my file, which just cheapens the look. :/ **Updated review** Updated my review from 3 to 5 stars because they have an outstanding customer support team that was able to help get everything sorted. They reached out to me right away and offered to either send a replacement or give a partial refund for my order since there was a registration error that caused the white outlines. I really appreciated the speed and care in which they worked with me to look into and solve my issue!

The process to create something was so easy. Not only was I able to provide the photo I wanted to use, but I could change how the imaged looked (it didn't have to be the colored photo.) I was able to do a cool, reverse image and add some text. All part of the price. It didn't cost extra. I received timely emails letting me know what part of the process the item was at and I could track my shipment easily. My 20 year old son loved the sweatshirt (as did I - I wanted it for myself!) and I will be creating more items soon! You have a customer for life.
