good quality products . right to the size . only thing is delivery takes too long

I have been shopping with them for years but now its such a shame , my order was forgoten about ovee a week it was showing not shipped for over a week i complained sent an email all was ignore nobody replied , i finally sent yet another email saying i will involve resolver and ombudsman adtw4 several wmail with no.response then sudenly i still dis not get a dispatch email only an email from.royal mail in all my item was almost two weeks late ! Highly dissapointed no customer service ! Worst experience !

I'm a big fan of E5P, and have been for about 10 years. They have some exceptional bargains, delivery is reasonable, returns and refunds are easy, nearly all my work clothes come from them, and I recommend them to friends all the time. The only difficulty I have is temptation!

The boots I ordered were both too small and by the time they came all stock had gone so I couldn’t order bigger. I have found footwear to be very small previously.
