After an initial hick up in not receiving goods, it has not been resolved, Down to a handling error, Happy to say Nigel was all over it to make sure I got the missing pack( plus a bit extra) So thank you , very happy now.

What can I say

What can I say. I ordered last night and was expecting to wait a few days and there was a nice gentleman at my door handing me the spices!!! And the size of the pouches were far bigger than I expected too! Will defo be ordering again!!!

Orders 7th Jan

Orders 7th Jan, chased several times for an update as not received including text message. Processed a chargeback today. Previous orders have also been late but do receive them after chasing but not this time +=========== I emailed 4 times over the course of the month and text, I appreciate you have now dispatched the order. But every order I have made to date goes through the same rigmor. I will close the chargeback but the review I’m afraid is a fair reflection of the experience. Regards

Great customer relations

Sent an order in on 4 January and it is now 6 February and we have still not received our order. We have sent numerous emails and they have not had the courtesy of any answer. Also sent emails to Al and still no answer. We spent £20. What a waste. Spoke to Nige at Spicey Joes, they had a computer issue and lost info. 2 days later I have my order in full plus a couple of extras free. Well done for customer relations 5 star now.

A very amateurish company....

Items ordered are ok Delivery was ok So why a 1 * review..... On arrival a sticker on the invoice invited me to give Spicy Joe a good review on Trustpilot, in return they would send me a free gift. I don't need a "free gift" ( read as bribe ) to give a good review. If I'd read the reviews on Trustpilot I wouldn't have ordered.....the disgusting replies to peoples reviews by Nige make the experience very poor.

Long delay

Placed an order, nothing arrived, sent an email which was ignored, sent another email which again was ignored, no order received, and being totally ignored when asking about it. Eventually got sorted when I posted a bad review on here. As the items did arrive, I have upgraded the review from 1 to 3 star
