The Voteq hosting seems pretty reliable, and the guys there are extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. Having said that, getting to grips with the way the system works and the apps for the first time was tricky unless you're familiar with it. I would have liked much more documentation and guidance, but maybe I'm old-fashioned.
