This site is an absolute fake, especially when it comes to profiles from Asian countries. I tried this site about 2 years ago when I was living in the UK. I reported actually fake profiles with proof. I have last week joined the site from Netherlands ( I thought I give it another chance since it seemed to have good reviews) as I thought maybe something improved. In fact it went to even worse as again the fake profile that I reported 2 years ago appeared agai. This time when I tried to contact the live support ( which was done via WhatsApp previously) the WhatsApp opened just to show me that the live support number is not on what's app. Sorry but this is yet another proof showing how fake this site is. Don't even bother to join it

This year I chatted with a man on this site for over 7 months. I thought it was "true love" ha ha ha. Yeah well it wasn't a robot I guess but it was fake. Honestly, which person is able to pay thousands of euros for little pictures without getting into trouble?! And please, who expects from a "normal earner" whom he supposedly loves above all else that huge amounts of money are repeatedly paid for letters, chats and little pictures??? @dating.com - please tell me the person I chatted with for 7 months who literally took the money out of my pocket has no way of claiming that money for themselves. So this person MUST work for dating.com. I kept wanting to exchange phone numbers. Stupid excuses came up again and again as to why this wasn't possible. And then I was ripped off with no qualms. So please WHO is sitting there chatting with people who are really looking for the love of their lives?!?!? You hired people who exploit other people to their worst. Financially, emotionally... and you don't even have a guilty conscience when these people may take their own lives because they are deeply in love and believe what they are being led to believe. I broke off contact on 07/28/2022. After paying at least 30,000 euros for this crap, I almost lost my existence and my life. With a lot of effort and the help of a very good friend, I have reached the point today that I can say I am back in life. I have all chats and letters, all letters and videos, and voice messages from the person. Including the ID. And I will NOT settle for the fact that you nearly destroyed my life. Your side should be banned and your henchmen who destroy people should be locked up. Of course you can now say that everyone on this site decides for themselves. Since I've been alive again for a few days and have picked myself up again, I'll find a way to somehow stop this machinations. Get my money back and find the people behind your fake profiles. Because I don't think that the pictures that are used are real. And if - all the better and easier. I have yet to meet someone who is not on dating.com. I have tried and tried to meet a quality person on another dating site, but there are so many scammers. I have been on this site for almost 2 years now and have made some really good friends. I don’t know what I would do without this site. I am getting ready to get married again, but I am not expecting to meet someone on this site. It is amazing to me that so many people in one site.

Me siento muy decepcionada de esta app ya que eh realizado varios reclamos para que me den solución a un pago que hice y no me lo han considerado el pago ya que tengo fecha de vencimiento el 22 de diciembre y no puedo realizar ningún mensaje por el hecho que el pago no me lo han aprobado para seguir enviando mensajes eh enviado correo a soporte y tampoco eh tenido respuesta a mi acogida que hagan valer el pago a pesar que eh enviado hasta el comprobante de pago espero que me den solución a mi problema antes que vensa la aspiracion.que es el 22 de diciembre.

The site is a scam, no one is real. The messages just keep popping up fir you to keep buying coins. I want to delete my profile and its taking ages and will need approval of customer service. Ever since then they send me funny messages to entice me. I changed my profile details to male and immediately I started getting messages from robots who appear to be women even when my pic is displayed as woman. Just delete my profile.
