Great products, Excellent Range, Excellent Service
Most of the switches/sockets in my house (and previous flat) come from TLC, I've used them for more than a decade. I've always found the range great, and where required they've been able to make bespoke configurations. What prompted me to finally write a review after all this time was my recent returns experience. I had a handful of faulty USB sockets - out of about 100. The speed at which they arranged a hassle free replacement was really impressive I've always been distrustful of long warranties - however I was really pleased to see the warranty upheld around 8 years after the date of purchase.

Repeatedly good prices and service. Quality throughout.
I've ordered at least twice before, I'm going to place my third order this week. There's not many companies you deal with that have a good price and great service. Once I had a bulb fail from the get go and they sent out a replacement without quibble. Delivery has been consistently quick and everything well packaged.

I have never used TLC before, MY LOSS
I have never used TLC before, which is my loss, they were superb, good quality items all arrived on time, well packed, and far cheaper than anywhere else I tried, they also had the double +single gal box....which nobody else had in stock. So a company who will now be my first port of call for electrical in future.

Replacement garden lights
Just Returned two sets of garden lights to TLC Oxford. Warranty situation not particularly clear from my point of view but they were replaced without question great service from Scott and his team.
