Order some dampers and was told 3-5 days delivery due to not in stock. 8/11/24 after 10 days still no delivery rang and they said it would be another week, we needed the items to finish off a project in London so I had to order elsewhere and pay for overnight carriage. After this they suddenly said they could deliver 21st November. They return our money but we lost nearly two weeks, paid overnight cost and have had to have installers on site again (round trip of 360 miles. Rude and unhelpful customer service

As someone with no knowledge of ordering ducting etc I needed cowls to protect fan outlets installed to meet covid regulations in our business. Brad at Ductstore was brilliant in explaining what I needed and also adapting their standard product to suit my exact needs. The cowls were manufactured and dispatched in under 6 days and arrived within 24 hours. They are well made and exactly as per my specification and all at their standard (very reasonable) price. Well packged and carefully delivered. An excellent company to deal with.
