Never received the incentive that was promised as part of the “deal”

We showed up for our scheduled tour at 7:30 am after getting our children up at 4 am and driving from Sarasota. Once we arrived, we were told our presentation was actually not for two days (when it was clear in our confirmation we had with us that it was in fact scheduled for the time we arrived). Needless to say, we were upset! And further more upset that we had to again, wake so early (on our vacation!) Two days later. We were dissatisfied with the room and customer service. I never write bad reviews.. yet, this needed to be documented!

Horrible experience. Enough so I wanted to let it be known. And I almost never post bad reviews... Apparently if you're legally married... but separated... you cannot take part... even if you have been separated for years... So if you're still married on paper and your "husband" or "wife" isn't coming with you... you know... because you're not together... keep it to yourself.

Everything was amazing!! Wish that the presentation wasn't scheduled on Thanksgiving Day or scheduled earlier than 11 AM on holidays.

Estuve alli por 5 dias 4 noches, muy comoda y limpia la villa, el lugar es fabuloso, la atencion del customer services muy amables, las actividades que ofrecen son recreativas para toda la famila, tienen supermercados, restaurants, cine, piscinas, la ubocacion es excellent, me gustaria volver.

Was good , the crew was friendly an smiling , the bed wasn't really comfortable, an the WATER PARK was closed, I guess is normal the have to have some maintenance, but was disappointed the fact the was closed, but if is not a 100 % definitely was a 90%

If a married couple take your offer and you include water park tickets in the Package please make sure the tickets will include kids as well my kids weren't able to go to the water park because they weren't given tickets

We had a great experience and would absolutely reccomend to friends and family!
