What's It's Really Like Working At Charlie Bingham's Quarry Kitchen?

When my son and his friend went to work at Charlie Bingham's and I imagined that the workplace culture would match the brand image, but sadly this was not the case. It is a giant production line where the machinery breaks down daily causing chaos, hardly any workers speak English so job training is non-existant and hours are long. Plus side is a good subsidised canteen, but this does not make up for a complete lack of job satisfaction.

Good

Good. But stop SHRINKING your meals. It's incredibly annoying.

I just love Charlie’s food

I just love Charlie’s food. Moussaka is my favourite, lasagne comes a close second and the choice of Indian suits both me and my son. Can’t wait for paella to come south. Mary N

Charlie Bigham fantastic food

Yesterday was the first time I tried a Charlie Bigham meal, but it certainly won’t be the last. The lasagne was superb. Having tasted lasagne in many restaurants and home cooked it ourselves my expectations were not that high, how wrong was I? It was superb, quality ingredients good portion size and the béchamel sauce fabulous. Will be trying other dishes soon

I love their coq au van

All of their meals taste good. Yes they are expensive but are so much nicer than the supermarkets finest that they are worth paying a little bit extra at least once a week to have a meal you can really enjoy! The only niggle I have is that my favourite, the coq au van, only comes in a 2 portion size!

Charlie Bighams Chicken Tikka Masala & Pilau Rice

I've recently been trying out the Charlie Bingham range from my local supermarket. Everything so far has exceeded my expectations! I love the Chicken Tikka Masala & Pilau Rice. The taste is authentic and to me it's equivalent to restaurant food. Also I like the rather novel wooden trays that come with the meals. I keeps these for a multitude of purposes. All in all the meal range is excellent & adds to the quality of life after a hard day's work! Highly recommended.

Italian Herb Chicken Breasts with Roasted Potatoes in Air Fryer

I cooked the Italian Herb Chicken Breasts with Roasted Potatoes in the Ninja Double Stack Air-Fryer and it was superb. Cooked on Air-Fry on 180 for 24 Mins and it came out perfect. Potatoes were deliciously crispy and the chicken was beautifully moist with the perfect crispy crumb. A massive success. It's definitely a dish I will be doing again in the air-fryer and I look forward to testing some more of the amazing meals in the same way.
