OMG! These are just the best meals you can buy! Why cook when you can get a Bigham's!!!!!!!

What has happened to their gorgeous macaroni cheese? From being a rich, delicious dish, now they seem to have replaced the cheese with flour! In fact, it tastes flour! I’m very disappointed....

What’s happening? Things taste suddenly really different. I have sent two emails to costumer service - one about 6 weeks ago, the other about a week ago. No reply. My parents are on a state pension and one of these meals is a super treat for them. The quality of the food has plummeted and the customer service is zero. If you can’t deliver, please stop offering. These meals are too expensive to not be delivered properly. Shame. They were really lovely before things obviously started to go wrong.

Just enjoyed eating your chicken tikka masala & pilau rice for dinner. Delicious and just the right amount for one person.

I dont know how they can charge so much for this product.. Not worth the price at all .. I have had better out of other shops for 2.99 Pure robbery.. Dont know how they can justify these prices. Especially how things are ..

Well i am curious about lots of these negative comments but i have to say i love Macaroni Cheese and have always loved Tesco own. It was all gone so bought Charlie Bingham's Macaroni Cheese with crispy Pancetta. Not only was i not disappointed i'm a convert. That was even better than my own recipe that i used to make many years ago. I will buying it again and depending what else is at Tesco i will try something else too.

Moroccan chicken tagine, we buy these 2-3 at a time as they are fantastic, unfortunately Some bright spark at Charlie bighams has changed the recipe and it’s no longer the Moroccan chicken we loved, it did have a really great flavour, it looks horrible on the plate now and doesn’t taste nowhere near as good and they’ve put the price up and it’s definitely not worth the extra cost Unfortunately we will no longer be buying them. Very disappointed

We bought the Steak variety with a week to go to the BB date. We have had them before and they were okay, nothing particularly special, but on this occasion really sour as if too much vinegar had been added. Overpriced for a pie too, like everything else these days the addition of Rape Seed Oil points to more concern for profit than quality.

Don't waste your time. Fish pie had at best 2 tiny bits of salmon. Will never touch this brand again. Apparently they used to be good but I cant vouch for that. We received ours from Gousto, who we love by the way. More disappointed with them offering these crap ready meals. Gousto we love you.... Stop selling them.

So after seeing Mrs Hinch settle to one of these meals I thought let’s check it out. Disappointed is an understatement. Such minuscule portions of the main ingredient (fish, meat) that it really is overpriced junk. They may have been good when they first started and were building up a name but not now so I’d suggest try another brand. Can’t speak for their curries as not tried.
