The skirt I purchased had the label printed on the inside of the front of the skirt. A small point I know but it was expensive so a little thing like that is really annoying. Also the Bob and blossom gift box it came in was filthy and dirtied my dress when I was opening it which further added to my annoyance.

On-time delivery; no problems

Lovely light, had been struggling to find the less common initials in the shops so was delighted to find it available here. Delivery was very quick and the item was well-packaged, very happy!

To be fair most of the problems were down to parcel force. However they don't send a confirmation of dispatch so you have no idea when the goods will arrive initially. We then rearranged delivery on another date, waited in all day and it didn't arrive. They also attempted a delivery on a couple of different days without giving any notice.

I was a little hesitant to order from overseas, but my experience with them ensures that I will be back. Wonderful toys, and a great experience.

Two weeks after placing my order I was still waiting for it to arrive, after making inquires to the company I was informed the product was out of stock . I asked for a refund which was given abet after four days and another phone call.
