I booked appointments for Two days time. I called within a few hrs to cancel booking & taking money? No refunds are issued because you say 3 days notice needs to be given? How can 3 days notice be given when you give next day appointments?How exactly does that work ? Have asked for a refund but they refused. This was not mentioned when you booked appointment Which customers need to be told.
