The report is really good except couldn't review back of house. Also couldn't find Sex Offender part of report. Also need to specify debit or credit card.

I am pleased with the report. I have lived here 50 years and there would be little history about house. Site also gave me info on what appraisers look at so that I knew what to check . You could even print the checklist. I a pleased.
