Found the record information I was looking for on a property we wanted to buy. Made the difference on knowing whether to consider it or not and how much I would want to bid.

The report has a lot of good information; however, a lot of the information is incorrect. 1) The HOA fees for Fountain Pointe are not $1,371/month! But, $1,371/YEAR 2) None of the Businesses listed for this address were related to this property. 3) I could not find the square footage of the building, just the property size. 4) The listing of owners and residents are incorrect and the time frames overlap. It's such an obvious error. The errors I found made me wonder if the information that I did find was accurate. I am a financial analyst/accountant and would be glad to contract with your organization to help correct the errors as I have just retired and am looking for part-time work so I could work from home. Very user friendly everything about the property search needed at a blink of an eye

The report with in 3 minutes. While I was reading the report their support contact me asking if I was satisfied with the report.

First of all, I was given the entirely wrong information -- for another owner's property -- in spite of having carefully listed my address. Secondly, even though I spelled my name properly (with two "n"s), the new information I was sent misspelled my name with one "n." Thirdly, after I finally received the information I had requested for a $1.00 fee, my card was charged for an additional $30 "membership" fee that I had NOT requested. After I called and emailed both this company and my bank, that fee is supposedly in the process of being reversed. I will wait and see.
