Very impressed kind and helpful staff

The customer service from this company has been outstanding which is quite rare these days. The lights we ordered were unfortunately out of stock, but Rob kept up informed and has done everything he possibly could to get the lights to us ASAP. The lights arrived earlier than promised, very well packaged and in perfect condition (unlike those from another well known retailer). Our electrician is fitting them this week and I know they are going to look absolutely stunning!

Absolutely 1st class customer service. I even got a free bulb thrown in without me asking...not a cheap bulb either! Great communication, and even got an email asking if my lamp had arrived and was I happy with it. Will definitely use this company again. Gt customer service is really hard to find these days especially when purchasing on line, but The Lighting shop has proved this doesn't have to be the case.
