I finally convinced my better half to go, well - I drove her there as a surprise on Valentine's day (don't hate me, guys) - and we were greeted by Kim who was very friendly, extremely helpful and took so much time with no feeling of pressure to hurry her out or to buy anything. Amazing service and the quality of the garments (bras and knickers) is perfect. I especially love the fact that the top and bottom halves are completely interchangeable so that any combination matches. Genius!!! We are now awaiting the development of the nude strapless version; hurry!!!!
