Contacted them about a tax claim. Very easy process, about half an hour of form filling, about 10 emails and an hour total on the phone and they sorted everything out and I got over 2k of backdated tax. Highly recommended, even if you think you'll get not a lot like I did, you may be pleasantly surprised.

The service was prompt although the loss of my packs sent through the post was annoying . I do believe 25% is a fair fee but to add VAT onto it is becoming greedy when 25% is enough.. it gives the impression you want to get as much as possible whereas I believe you would look a more attractive company without that added , unwanted and greedy extra..
