Overall very good and smooth but maybe a FAQ/flow diagram/average timelines of the process could be sent out after the first initial contact is made by the claimant . I would imagine this would cut down unnecessary emails and calls into DSR, but equally the claimant would know what part of the process they were in and so feel more at ease. Just a small suggestion to consider for those who this is not their area of expertise.

Had to chase up quiet a few times, said they were sending forms out and never did. Said they would call me and never did. After a long prossess tho they did what they said they would and I recieved a good amount of money for something I would never of claimed for. Thank you dsr tax claims.
