I really like the quality of the scrubs and the delivery is super quick, but on this occasion I'm only giving 2 stars as I made the order online and as soon as I had clicked it through I realised I had chosen the wrong colour so I immediately emailed them to say what colour I wanted. But because I wanted my business name embroidered on the scrub top and no-one looked at my email it was processed in the original colour and therefore they wouldn't change it, so yes the initial mistake was my fault but I did email about the error immediately, so I feel it was there error for not seeing my email.

My parcel was delayed with royal mail due to the strikes, I was sent a replacement with dpd which arrived promptly and was able to keep the other when I came.

I just received an email asking if I was happy with my order, I haven’t received it yet despite paying over £5 postage on the 8th December!

I was able t contact them personally and received a prompt response.

Took a while bet eventually delivered . Otherwise very good
