Service from ScanCafe has been extremely good The only item with which I was not completely pleased is their “enhancement” of some of our photos. I have, however, been able to re-do their enhancements on my computer on most of the enhanced photos

This is an amazing company! ScanCafe scanned all of my photos at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them! And their customer service is wonderful! They always answered my questions and concerns. Just awesome. I can’t say enough about them!!

They are great. I have used the service twice now. The second time I held on to the kit for over a year (2?). They never complained and never asked me to make up the price difference if their rates had changed. Pretty sweet. They eventually reminded me I had an outstanding kit. The reminder was also welcome. Overall I was very pleased with the slides. Since they are on the older side, the enhancements did not bring a, very few, back to what I had hoped. Since I sent in a carousel, when I went to view the slides they were way out of order. I had hoped they would be processed as they were arranged in the carousel #1-100. I had to try to recreate the show has my father had set it up. That being said, I anticipate my 100 year old stepmother will thoroughly enjoy going down memory lane at our Maine camp. Thank you.
