From the start ScanCafe was clear and concise and honest. Once my job started there was a timeline tracker to track progress. Emails were clear and not a ton of them which was great. When it came to check out the folks who I spoke with were knowledgeable. It seems they have a really solid workflow, you won't be disappointed. Oh.. and the scans are terrific too :)
