This is the worst attitude I have ever…

This is the worst attitude I have ever experienced with a company regarding their custommers. I have been waiting for 1 year to get the refund for 2 hotels bookings (RGL1407050 and RGL1252683) and still nothing. Whenever I contact their custommer service, I keep receiving the same answer: "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is to inform you that we have forwarded this to our finance department on high priority and the latest information will be updated within 3-4 business days." And then nothing, no news, and my tickets are being closed without any notice or resolution.

dire ladri è un complimento

dire ladri è un complimento, prendono i soldi della prenotazione della struttura poi il giorno prima dell arrivo in loco disdicono la struttura prenotata e non ti danno più il rimborso (io ero in america immaginate il disagio trovare la struttura che ti avvisa che la prenotazione è stata cancellata)

Sold me a flight that didn’t exist. Zero communication, no telephone option and they do not respond the emails. Essentially stole my money. My response to their response below: Just about sums it up. @Rehlat you are replying over a year after this was posted. I sent numerous emails to the help email, and individual staff emails that I received when booking the non-existent flight. The whole company is one giant scam and should be blocked from major websites bad search engines. Please use a reputable company for your bookings. There are so many bad reviews on them.

Prenotazione: RCO2698902 Ho prenotato due notti in un hotel a Rio e poi ho cancellato la prenotazione avendo diritto al rimborso totale....sono dei ladri assurdi!! Intanto la sezione cancellazione non funzionava sul sito e ho dovuto fare tutto tramite email, dal 28 novembre ho mandato già 10 email e chiamato 2 volte rispondono sempre di aspettare perché hanno problemi ha effettuare pagamenti di rimborso etc. (messaggio copia incolla). SONO DEI TRUFFATORI E DEI LADRI ASSURDI!!!! EVITATELI ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!! Sto procedendo con la denuncia e quello che si meritano!!!

Book a Bangkok hotel room thru them

Booked a room thru them and was given a booking reference number but it shows 'No records found' whenever I go to Rehlat.com to check booking status. Wrote to them via email but no reply. That made me realise I had been scammed. I had to book another room via another reputable travel portal to ensure a smooth holiday. Just stay away from them and you can sleep well at night.

Worst experience ever! Run away

We booked a hotel in Dubai Marina in August 2023. Booked for 2th Jan/24, now we received an e-mail from these scammers saying that our reservation was cancelled for technical issues when there's less than two weeks for our holiday. Payment was done in minutes in August with no "technical issues" issues. Now all the hotel prices increased significantly and we need to rush and find somewhere else because of that. They are giving us two weeks to give us the money back and as I'm noticing reading these complaints here we might need to escalate this matter to the credit card issuer and make a complaint about this scam. Run away from this company, worst I've ever experienced.
