I had some issues with this company. Upon reaching out they cooperated and resolved the issue.

I cancelled my booking and I got my refund Via Rahlat money of which I used to book another flight. I got the refund immediately after I contacted the customer service thanks to SRAVANI

Do not everrr use they company if it's even a possibility they will not refund you you will not get any help with refunds cancellations they will stall you out until they can say the time frame to fix it has passed never ever will use ever again

They are a scam and I wouldn't give them even 1 star. I booked tickets for a flight and after I paid they sent me a message that the flight is sold out and they can not issue the tickets. Then they said they can offer me another flight but I have to pay an extra 1200aed. I opined the airline and they said Rehlat canceled the tickets but held the money. It was never paid to the airline. Now I want a refund and it will take 60 days!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a massive scam! I am a manager at one of the hotels where Rehalt sells rooms. This is not a company we are affiliated with, and no rates have been agreed upon. They will display exceptional rates on google to attract you and will proceed with payment as soon as you have made your reservation. Hotels do not accept bookings from this company, so you will have to book on-site and pay the hotels directly. Rehlat will not action the refund; the answers claiming that they will on the reviews are just automatic replies so that you will have paid double. Once to them and once to the hotel. If this happens to you, please report it to the Police and your bank provider.

Keine Übernachtung… Trotz mehrfacher schriftlicher Aufforderung mit Fristsetzung, nur automatisch generierte nette Antworten. Keine Lösungen! Kein Geld von Rehlat zurück! Glück im Unglück: Zahlung per Lastschriften-Einzug: Konnte über die Hausbank mit Offenlegung des Vorgangs storniert werden binnen 4 Wochen-Frist. Das Unternehmen Rehlat hat Service-Nummern nur in Dubai, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, India und Egypt und hat sich trotz schriftlicher Korrenspondenz nie zurück gemeldet. Achtung! Professioneller Betrug! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Bunch of liars and scammers! They made a mistake on my hotel booking and took my money, when i asked for a refund they said they’ll give it to me. This was in October! We are now in December, still yet to receive a refund of £389.36 They don’t refund you, no matter how many times you contact them, they’ll send you the same exact automated email message! Honestly the worst company i’ve ever dealt with, highly disappointed.
