SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY booked a hotel paid in full, company cancelled night before resulting in us having to pay more at the night we arrived because we hadn’t realised they cancelled. It’s been over 3 months that I have emailing about refund and NOTHING. Please avoid this company!!!

Booking reference RGL743184 SCAM COMPANY - AVOID!!!!!! In May we booked and fully paid for our hotel stay in August. A day before check in we receive an email that hotel has been cancelled. We requested a refund on Aug 8 and it is now October 22 and still no money back!!! The customer service agents we are dealing with are Manish, Saikiran, Anji And all the same response: “Checking with finance team”. Furious!

They are a scam company, I still have not received the refund for my cancelled flight and this flight was due to take place back in April 2022. Their people are trained to say any old thing rather than actually make good on their offer of a refund for a cancelled flight.

I got a voucher for AED 1,000/- from Jumbo electronics for travel usage on Rehlat and now Rehlat customercare mentions that the campaign is over and this can not be redeemed. The terms in the voucher do not specify any expiry date. They purely cheat people with these cheap marketing gimmicks. Do not fall for it.

I booked a hotel for December. It was clearly written that you can cancel without a cancellation fee until the end of November. Two days after I paid an advance, I searched the website for any way to cancel the order without success. It was registered to send them an email. I sent an email with all the information and they refuse to return the advance I paid under the delusional claim that they have no refunds. Sounds and smells like a bunch of crooks. I will block them through the credit card company and report them if my money is not refunded. Stay away like fire
