I called Marc at GHS yesterday afternoon as I had no heating following a follow up boiler check up by the company who installed it. Despite not installing the boiler, he talked me through various checks I could make until we eventually identified and rectified the problem. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend 5*

Great honest service & great work

I recently had to call GHS (our go to gas engineers) with a boiler issue. After explaining the problem they said ‘your boiler should still be under warranty! Sure enough it was! GHS explained what they thought the problem was & what to say to Vaillant boilers. Problem fixed under warranty & £29 paid for a small part! Not only did GHS do themselves out of business but kept me as a customer because of their Great Honest Service & great work! Always very impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to safety. Overall, we have always had a great experience, and I would highly recommend this gas engineer for any heating or gas-related needs. Thank you 🙏 GHS

Our boiler was on it's last legs

Our boiler was on it's last legs, we had just had our first baby and couldn't afford to replace it. Marc and his team at GHS have managed to fix it with some new parts which should give it another few years of life and all the parts and labour were covered under our maintenance plan with them, so nothing to pay! Very happy indeed!

GHS are the best! I have never found a company more honest and reliable. Me and all my family use them to maintain all the boilers and heating at our properties and our company offices.
