Mono clinic staff are amazing. There isn’t anything they won’t help with. My patient coordinator Mert was so helpful & responsive & made my experience a lot smoother.

Mert war ein toller Betreuer. Insgesamt kann ich nur positives von meinem Aufenthalt in Izmir über die Mono Clinic berichten. Über den ersten Kontakt mit Sükran und auch der Planung von Beste war ich sehr zufrieden. Die beiden haben mir alle meine Fragen im Vorfeld beantwortet und man wurde bei allen Themen begleitet. Nur dadurch kam mein Aufenthalt überhaupt zu Stande. Vor allem möchte ich ich mich bei Mert bedanken der für mich vor Ort zuständig war und sich um alles so toll gekümmert hat. Er stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen lieben Dank für die Zeit.

I had my rhinoplasty & Vaser lipo on my tum & sides with Dr Eren. He was amazing! My nose that I’ve hated from when I was a teen is better than I imagined, he’s so good and I wish I had my rhinoplasty sooner in life. My tum is still rather swollen as it’s only been a few weeks so it’s difficult to give true review on this but in clothes, I have a cinched waist and flat tum! Everything was well organised with transport from the airport and to the hospital etc, I was extremely nervous with it being my first ever surgery, I was reassured throughout. Furkan my English coordinator was great too and explained everything so I understood all about the procedures. The aftercare at the hospital wasn’t the best in my opinion, I found my friend who travelled with me having to chase nurses for ice packs or pain relief, water cups - some of this was due to a language barrier I guess. The aftercare nurse once back at the hotel was lovely and again, really helpful and quick to respond and help me. She did my lymphatic massage perfectly as I was very sore! She went through my aftercare routine with me too. Overall I’d recommend - I would advise to have someone with you, I was going to travel alone and I’m so glad I didn’t :)

I travelled from Australia to receive rhinoplasty after finding Mono Clinic through an influencer on social media, and I had such a positive experience! Firstly, my surgeon Muhammet Eren Ersöz was absolutely amazing. He made me feel so at ease and was confident in achieving exactly what I was after - I am already in love with my result! Ferhat was assigned as my dedicated coordinator during my stay and was so attentive and always so helpful if I needed anything at all. I went alone but was well looked after and it was so convenient having everything organised. Highly recommend!!

I was recently at the Mono clinic. Everything was planned smoothly and nicely by çagtay who was very polite, professional and helpful. I was introduced to Fatima in order to organize the rest when we get to the clinic. Whatever I say about Fatima is not enough. She was extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. If there was any issue she would try her best to solve it. She was available to any question I had and was with me every step of the way. She was amazing. Apart from the Hotel which is not more than a 2-star Hotel, I would definitely recommend Mono Clinic.
