Am glad I chose Mono clinic

Am glad I came across Mono on Instagram, a word can not describe how incredible this guys are. All the team are just too amazing till the end I had a supportive team especially Sena who was my coordinator and Muratcan Şimşek, Ceren, Burcu, oh I almost forgot Emrah Doğan who package my Visa documents to Izmir ☺️ this guys where there from the start to finish, And also the after-care nurse who assisted me and checked in with me everyday after my surgery at the hospital i was transferred to the mono hotel which looks amazing food was good the stuff are lovely my surgery went amazingly well love my result I will visit again 🥰

Positive breast reduction experience

I had a very positive breast reduction experience at Mono clinic. The support I got from before even getting to Turkey was amazing. Ceren answered all of my questions well and kept me informed about next steps. That way it was very smooth from when I arrived to when I left Turkey. From the ease of the transfers to my surgery coordinator Murat, surgeon Dr Eren, nurses in the hospital and my aftercare nurse, I always felt supported and well looked after. The results were amazing and life changing - I went from a H cup to a C cup!

I’m so grateful to have come across Mono, from the begin till the end I had a supportive team especially Sinb who was my coordinator which assisted me and checked in with me everyday especially prior and after my procedure. I was very nervous but he reassured me. Sinb and Baris were very help, English speaking host and enjoyed chatting with them. Beste was also awesome as she arranged everything and communicated well My cousin and I stayed at the mono hotel which was great. The nurse was so helpful and attended to any issues or concerns via message or in person. The the staff at the hotel were very polite and kind Overall I had a great experience and will be back

Was worth the experience

I had an amazing procedure with mono clinic, starting from the VIP airport transfer to the clinic and back to the hotel. The staffs and everybody there were welcoming including the doctors and the nurse. Ferhat did a good job with me and i would recommend. I had breast augmentation and zirconium crowns done . i must confess that's one of best decision i made for myself and mono did a good job as well.

I attended the clinic for dental…

I attended the clinic for dental treatment initially for 28 zirconia crowns. We arrived on Saturday and were taken straight to the clinic for X-rays, to sign paperwork and familiarise ourselves with our PA who would look after us throughout our treatment. On Sunday we had a day to relax and then on Monday we went to the clinic in the late afternoon for a consultation with the dentist. During the consultation with the dentist my treatment plan was reduced from 28 crowns to 24 crowns as the dentist didn’t think that it was worth undertaking the extra 4 crowns. This put my mind at ease that the clinic is not about making money but doing more of what is ethically right. I also needed 3 root canal treatments so although the cost of my treatment was reduced by 4 crowns it increased for the 3 root canal treatments. Sadly my treatment did not start on Monday. In fact it did not start until late on Tuesday afternoon. Because of a pre-existing heart condition I was unable to have the usual anaesthetic used in dentistry that contains adrenaline and the alternative is not as effective. Therefore, my lower crown treatment was quite painful and I needed quite a few injections and because of this a decision was made to reduce my crown treatment further. I was obviously disappointed but I understand the decision made as crowning 2 of the largest molars on the lower jaw would have been extremely painful. Therefore my treatment plan was reduced further to 22 zirconia crowns. Once again this was the right decision and was taking my health into consideration and meant a reduction in the cost of my treatment. The root canal treatment that I had was amazing. The 3 teeth I had treated had been painful for years. They had been treated in the UK on the NHS but they had not treated to the end of the root and therefore the roots were infected. The dentist worked for over 3.5 hours on the 3 teeth and within 2 hours of the treatment I was able to eat on the teeth that had been so uncomfortable for years. The top 12 zirconia crowns were completed on Wednesday the same day as the root canal treatment. On Thursday this was the day of the “rehearsal” this is when the crowns are tried in your mouth for real and to see how they fit. At this point they are shaped and tested for bite and sent away again for final shaping. Friday was final fitting day and having your new teeth. And to say I am happy is an understatement. I have not gone for the Hollywood smile where all the teeth are perfectly straight and brilliant white as they look so fake but a little darker and a more natural look and so glad that I have done so. I am so happy with the finished teeth. If anyone was going to go to Turkey for new teeth I would personally recommend Mono Clinic. I would say do your research and understand what treatment you are having. If there could be any improvement in the process it could be the planning / communication from day to day of what is happening the next day as you do. It get to know until late in the evening (say 10pm) or until the day of your treatment what time you are in at the clinic. As a patient it’s the not knowing that is unnerving. So this could be improved. I don’t think this is the fault of the PA’s as they are always attentive and if they have information they are communicating it but it’s probably that the planners are so busy that they are finishing late and unable to get the plans together. My PA was Said and he was always helpful and courteous.

I would recommend this Mono to anyone I know I had the best experience them I have Dr. Çağrı Dereli and his Assistant Yasimen Such a great job that they did for me and so very professional They made me feel safe and cared the whole time I was there And Said my coordinator such a lovely and speak good English He was always there from the start to the end, thank you so much Said And To Ceren that such a very welcoming since I arrive in the clinic And to Mono Life Hotel This lovely bunch Mehmet,Hoseyin and Ceylin you are the best I would recommend this Mono to anyone Thank you to bring back my smile Will definitely come back next year X

My first time at Mono Clinics

We have stayed at Hotel Mono Calinc, it has been a very quiet Hotel. The boy Said has helped me. He has been a very kind boy and has made our stay very easy. He has helped us with everything.
