Meine Erfahrung mit Mono war durch und durch angenehm. Alles was abgemacht war hat geklappt. Der Transfer, die Klinik, im Spital… ist alles sehr effizient und speditiv gelaufen. Das einzige was mir nicht überzeugt hat, sind die vielen Ansprechpersonen. Eine Person für den ersten Kontakt, eine andere für die Planung, eine andere für den Empfang, eine andere für diverses… Das hat mich ein bisschen gestresst. Ansonsten ist eine gute Sache.

I had arm and back lift at mono. I was very happy with the surgeon and how the surgeries went, Dr Ergin Erdogan was very kind and answered all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the surgeries he performed. Ceren and Cem were so helpful with organizing and planning our trip, visas, surgeries, accommodation and all other needs for our trip. Sevgi was amazing and helped us so much, reassuring us all the time and making sure we understood everything. She helped with so many things and was just so lovely to have by our side through our time there. Simge was the most awesome aftercare nurse at the mono life hotel. The staff were all so helpful and the hospital and hotel was so clean and comfortable. I am going back for sure

Murat was the best co-ordinator ever going the extra mile to keep his clients happy weather it was day or late night time he made our experience perfect and due to him would definately be coming back for other things and be requesting him as my co ordinator only. Also a couple of others which made my experience unforgettable BARIŞ,AZRA,YASEMİ,BUSEM,FURKAN,MERT,DOCTOR ÇAĞRI Also a massive thank you to Beste for organising everything 😘

O NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC… DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC WHATSOEVER!!!!! I did a bbl and lipo 360 in march 2024 and i cannot describe what an horrible experience i had. First of all they are very nice when you book the surgery (ofc because they only want your money) after you give them your money they dont give a F about you. I dont even know where to start. I read the bad reviews before i booked but i thought nothing Will happen to me. BUT YES IT DID. There aren’t many bad reviews because they make you sign a contract that dont allow you to write anything bad about the clinic or else they Will sue you for a LOT of money. But Thankfully I did NOT sign these papers. I can start of with to say that the hotel was dirty. The carpets of the rooms was so nasty and there were hairs everywhere and even bloodstains. During my visit they made me change rooms 3 times for some reason. My ”consultation” with the surgueon was no more Than 3 minutes before my surgery and the suregon didnt ask me what i wanted or anything just started to draw on my body and told me where he would take the fat from. He didnt give me a chance to say what i wanted. Thats when i started to panic and think why did i choose this place. They also Made you pay 80 euros for medication that they dont tell you about before you go there. After the surgery i was in the worst pain of my life and 1 day after they Leave you at the hotel where you cant do anything yourself ( i came alone) and they Said it would be no problem to come alone but it is a serious surgery you NEED someone to help you. There was no one to help because the hotel Staffs job isn’t to help you. I cried in pain everyday and just wanted to go home. They also scam you by making you pay upfront and then telling you that you don’t need all the surgerys and then dont pay you all the money back. A girl that was there the same time as me got scammed of 3000!!!! Euros that she didnt get back. Because she was suppose to do 2 surgerys and paid for that, but they didnt give her the money back. My results are horrible. My body looks worse than before , my stomach and back looks botched and ive been chasing everyone from the clinic on whatsapp for 2 weeks and nobody answers my concerns. Ofc because they already have my money so why would they care. There were so many people i talked to that was not happy and that came back a second time for a revision because they botch people. Since they make you sign a contract to not speak badly about them nobody dares to say anything but since i did not sign this i speak for everyone that cant ( which is a lot of people) Just do yourself a favor and dont go to this clinic because trust me you will regret it!!!!! AND THEY REMOVED MY REVIEW EVEN THOUGH I SENT IN ALL THE PROOF SEVERAL TIMES TRUSTPILOT REMOVES MY REVIEW NEVER EVEEEEEEER GO TO THIS CLINIC

Poor service!

Dental fix Just been back for a dental fix as one of the teeth I had done just over a year ago had a crack then actually split , the communication between myself and the manager before my return was very quick and helpful, once I got back to the clinic I was support by both Baris and Murat who again where very helpful, understanding and always available, the 5* are for these guys also Ceren was also very nice with the handling of the paperwork the actual treatment from the Dentist on the other hand was very different found him to be very rude and also most like I was an inconvenience to him, I did raise this with him but he did not seem bothered, the treatment this time round was much more uncomfortable, and only had 1 section replaced unlike the full set first time (I believe this was down to me having a word about his attitude I would score the dentist 1* but can’t split the review down and would not be far to make the hard work of Baris and Murat down ) again Moris was supportive in this situation! It was really disappointed that I had to go back so quickly at a cost to me (flights hotel transfer and taxis to and from the clinic) the clinic did repair the section free of charge tho and the work was complete in a quicker time frame then what was given

Had a seamless experience! Staff were lovely and friendly especially Murat who ensured I was comfortable. A star staff member. Happy with my results … No complications thankfully! Great Hotel and Clinic, everyone was professional and I felt taken care of. Only note is to bring extra cash as they may be additional charges I.e. medications etc.

We were picked up upon our arrival at the airport by a private driver. The hotel room was clean and according to our expectations equipped with a jacuzzi as requested. For the clinic care we were accompanied by baris who guided us well and explained the procedure in detail also he was with me in each step whether it was the post-operative examinations even before the operation he was waiting for my entry into the operating room. And despite the language barrier the nurses were very attentive to me. I lacked nothing and each time I found a guide that directs me towards good practices

I had an amazing experience with Mono.... Ceren and Güneş communicated very well before i left, organising price and deposits and upon arrival we were picked up from the airport in a limo and taken to the hotel. I had 22 zirconium crowns fitted and the whole process took 5 days. Dr Burak is a very talented and likeable dentist and his hygienist Gülben really put me at ease. Our patient coordinator, Azra, was fantastic - she kept me informed at all times and was always approachable and smiling! I was travelling with my 13 year old son.... being stuck in the hotel was a bit boring for him so it cheered him up massively when Azra arranged for us to be moved to the patient villa with a pool, such a thoughtful thing to do.... she really went above and beyond to make sure not only i... but also my son was comfortable, thank you! While in the villa we made some good friends and Berk the translator was massively helpful, his English is excellent which really helped. Thank you Mono!

My journey to Izmir-Turkey was a SUCCESS!! The Mono clinic is fabulous…. The entire team is great, good communication, the aura of the place is very relaxing and calm, the hotel is clean and cozy, and perfect arrangement for airport transfers, clinic and hospital appointments. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!! Big thank you to my coordinator Muratcan, who was with me all through the Journey, he was extremely supportive and helpful. Also thank you to the aftercare nurse Şimşek, very compassionate and lovely, always there to help when you want her and even after returning to my country. Thank you to my surgeon, Dr Ergon Edogan with his female assistant, who is an absolute genius. I’m so happy with my results even though I’m just 2 weeks post ope and my waist is already shrinking. I’m happy with how smooth my tummy is, my breast looks beautiful, with slimmer arms, there was no mishap, Which is fabulous.! I love the new ME! My only advise is to take some extra cash as not every cost is covered like they say to you when you book. Costs such as prescription cost (90USD) money to cover lunch and dinners, as the hotel only provides you with free breakfast, extra money to cover hospital bill as I spent 2 nights in hospital and I was made to pay for the second night (200USD) cost of massage (100USD per session) I was told at the time of booking that I won’t need a massage since I was having a Lipo 360/tummy tuck done But that changed after my procedure, AND cost for extra compression garment as you are given just one. After all said, I am very satisfied with my results, which is what matters and I would definitely recommend Mono clinic to anyone looking to travel for a body make over.
