I was treated with respect and the staff had a professional attitude. I would recommend Clinic Mono to anyone who is looking for an Urgent Care and already have. Everyone was great! My accompaniment Nazim was amazing. He was very caring. He knew what He was doing and was so helpful.

Im happy with my experience overall! I had bbl and as a transwoman, the clinic made me feel safe and not judged. Dr Ergin was wonderful and he gave me my dream body and to the nurses who were so kind and caring! Cant wait for the final result! Thanks to Dilan, who was there for me! She was very kind, understanding, non judgemental and helpful as the rest of the staff. Special mention to Husen the hotel waiter and Mete at the villa who were so wonderful! Excellent transport and accomodation(though I expected bigger room as seen on the video sent to me, but no big deal. Overall Im grateful for the experience. Thank you Mono Clinic!

hello Can-my PA making this journey smooth and comfortable. He was always there even when I panicked at 5 am because I had leek from one of my drain. All staff is amazing I don't know where to start Busra-thank u for organization x u always kind and so helpfull. Husain-waiter from the hotel always so busy but never too busy to smile and cheer you up HE WAS JUST BRILLIANT. Mete-host in Villa I think Is one of the kindess person I ever meet in my life. And I can't forget about two amazing girls medical assistance and Busa So helpfull, friendly and professional I felt like I meet family no workers from Mono Regarding my surgery Dr Merve she did amazing job along side witch other doctor. I recently visited Mono for gastric sleeve on 12th Oct. The care I received was great, 5+ stars for Can (my assistant). He was great, super helpful, checked in on me after my op - I didn't even physically see him, but I heard him and let him know that he could go home as I was totally out of it haha! I am a more independent person, but I am sure he would have been much more attentive if I had needed it. The hospital was super clean and the medical staff were great. I travelled alone, so the first 48hrs post-op were critical for support and the nurses answered the buzzer immediately, any time of the day/night. My surgeon, Dr Caglar Ertekin, was also lovely. I had done lots of research so I didn't have many questions, but he offered to be on hand post-op if any questions arose. My surgery and recovery so far has been seamless too, which is the most important thing. I would give Mono 4.5 stars if I could, they missed the pip only due to not being prepared for me as a vegetarian, at the hotel or on my meal plan following the surgery, which has added extra work on my part when all I wanted was to relax and recover. The hotel were fine at accommodating me in the end, I was just a little put out because they were aware of my diet at the point of booking, but no one was prepared when I actually went - be prepared if you are veggie/vegan before you go, Turkey on the whole isn't a veggie friendly place. Secondly, I had an 11pm flight but like a regular hotel, I needed to check out at 12pm - it was 'ok' but it would have been nice to at least have use of some facilities to change and freshen up before I travelled - again bare this in mind when booking flight times. Thirdly, I did kind of expect this but, I only met the surgeon before my op - I was told at the time of booking I would meet him when doing my paperwork and before I paid, this wasn't the case, this can be a little nervy and might put some ppl off. In the end it was ok, and I expected as much. Just remember they are a clinic and booking service, not the hospital/surgeon direct, take the sales pitch with a little salt. You will be ok, just take it for what it is - cheaper surgery in Turkey. If I wasn't happy in the actual hospital and when I met the surgeon, then I would have backed out of course. Overall, I am pleased with Mono. They provided a good service. They have lovely staff, clinic and hotel. Fantastic surgeon. I liked that could recover in their hotel, rather than a public hotel - meaning I could shuffle about in my pjs for the first day or so, without any judgement from other guests haha! I would recommend Mono with Dr Ertekin for GS.

My experience for this entire week has been absolutely excellent. Ofcourse you’re scared at first as this is a big step but also it’s overwhelmingly exciting. You only want the best treatment & results.. and that’s exactly what I got. From start to finish, everyone involved. From getting me here to then helping out. The food, chef, maid, dentist, my brother Can literally everyone who dealt with me. Busra what a kind soul she is by helping with all my needs, flights, enquiries. So helpful! I am forever grateful as I wanted to get this procedure done ever since I was 18 years old. The fact that you have helped me overcome an insecurity makes me feel so blessed and this new level of confidence I have walking around is all thanks to the Mono team!! i had my surgery in monoclinic last week . liposuction and bbl and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional care and treatment I received. From the moment I arrived at the airport, I was greeted with warmth and a nice pickup car with tv in it. the hotel was beautiful and the staffs where so friendly and warm. My PA can was a sweetheart , he made the whole experience easy and was there all the time. he took his time to explain everything to me and made sure i was comfortable always. i can’t express enough how good he was and would love to work with him again next time . The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. The overall experience I had with this mono team was nothing short of incredible. Can genuine care made me feel safe and confident throughout the entire process. I am incredibly grateful.
