UPDATE 14/02 AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Since having my treatment in September I've had broken crowns, root issues which have now resulted in a once healthy tooth being completely removed! Crowns don't meet at all, gaps developed and mostly all bridges even when individual crowns were meant to be put in and were confirmed in my initial consultation and before I travelled to Turkey resulting in more money being spent to replace multiple crowns at a time. Highly unprofessional clinic and very unprofessional staff the ones i have had contacr with. The treatment I have had is very bad quality and has been shown since I've returned to the UK and been to multiple dentists i very much regret booking with this clinic for work also patient aftercare if you can it that, the person who is the only patient aftercare individual is massively unprofessional only cares about good reviews fpr the business not about patients or the money we've spent. UPDATE 08/10 Since this review all I've had are constant messages from mono staff each not bothered about me or my experience but trying to prove I've lied in some way. Everytime I block I get another person and other messages! If your services were good then you wouldn't feel the need to constantly harass me. My crowns were put in the day before I left to go home, so I won't know if there are any issues or more adjustments needed, I was under the impression they would go in 2 days prior to leaving so they could be adjusted if needed etc. I had a very disorganised visit specially with my 'personal coordinator' who I had never spoken to prior to arriving, I brought up issues and was told we will sort or we will do better or we will talk about it and nothing ever happened infact half the time he wasn't there when I needed. The clinic is like a rolving door and has a continous flow of people, I felt this wasn't great as it looks like they are trying to get in as many people as possible for money but actually don't take the time to really make sure their patients are looked after and given all the information prior and during their stay. In my week with the clinic I heard different prices for same treatments, different information and I myself didn't feel I had all the information to make a good decision until it was to late and the waiting times........WOW hours of waiting for appts on every appt to the clinic. If I had all the information before I wouldn't of gone ahead with this treatment or with this clinic, hardly any honest reviews over the Internet.

I'm after my second visit for dental treatment. I had done implants, sinus lift and bone grafting. I'm very impressed with level of professionalism clinic provided. Accomodation and transport services was a first class. Dentists and surgeons was very friendly and professional. Also patient representative's were great . All of them ( Hazel, Nazim, Ceren, Emir and Busem) were very friendly and helpful. They were always very responsive no matter what time and very supportive at any stage of process. Can't wait to have my final treatment. Highly recommended. 🙂

An excellent experience from start to finish, with a brand new hotel comes teething problems but it didn’t effect my stay in any way all staff where very professional and caring throughout……

The hosts Can amazing he’s very professional and loves his job he tried in every way to help me and answer all my questions , Dr. Çağrı is the most professional dentist I’ve ever seen i felt so comfortable with him and his assistant , they’re super nice. I had a thigh lift from Mono Clinic last week and I am already very pleased with the results. 2 years ago I embarked on a weight loss journey, I had a gastric sleeve also from Mono Clinic, and this year I had no worries about going back with the same clinic to have the loose skin removed. My patient advisor was Emir, he was fantastic. No problem was too big or too small and his English was very good. I would highly recommend Mono clinic and Emir to anyone.

Meine Erfahrungen waren sehr gut. Vom Transfer bis hin zur nachsorge. Nazim war jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und hat sich auch immer sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert und eingesetzt. Alles in einem sehr zufrieden. Wet weiß vielleicht komme ich wieder.

I had a recent FDL tummy tuck at Mono clinic. Had such a great experience. My patient liason Can was superb and could not do enough to help. From being picked up from the airport to when I left it was a thoroughly first class service. Cannot recommend Mono enough to anybody who is thinking about surgery.

I have just returned home from having quite major surgery on my jaw at clinc mono I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and fast the first procedure was carried out. I was assigned a patient service specialist called can prior to going out and he contacted me every day to make sure everything was OK and answer any questions. I am going back in about 12 weeks for 2nd part of treatment and will update review.
