As mentioned in previous reviews, their communication is shocking. This will lead to failed deliveries which will be framed as your fault & then they will force you to pay redelivery fees or only offer a partial refund. Tried this company a few times but will be moving back to an alternative.

This is the first time I have dealt with this company and it will not be the last. Their prices were extremely competetive (ie cheaper) when compared with the Amazon's and B&Q's of this world. The service I received was impeccable. I was able to speak to a very helpful lady who answered the phone quickly (no recorded messages quoting Covid excuses, unlike Google product support who have closed shop completely).
