I ordered parts for an espresso machine. One part was not in stock but there was text that said "sent within one week" so i ordered. This was a mistake! I waited for more than one month and after contacting the customer service to add something to this order so that I didn't have to pay two times shipping costs they shipped it with the rest of order anyway! When I asked why they "because I thought you'd want that" and was totally not helpful! Finely after they tried shifting the blame on me and after I had to contact them again after 6 weeks waiting they said the part was lost and it will now take longer. I've asked for a refund and wil not be ordering from this company again. Last time I ordered there was a problem but I heard absolutely nothing from customer services after I maild them.

En tant que restaurateur j' entretient moi même mon matériel. Toujours satisfait par eevad, très bonne communication par mail, ils sont toujours plus rapides et généralement (pas toujours) bien moins chers. Le site est moche et lent mais vous pouvez leur demander n'importe quoi ils le cherchent et ils le trouvent même si ils n'ont pas la référence sur leur site Personnellement j'ai sauvé pas mal de matériel et fait de grosses économies là où les réparateurs quand ils daignent réparer vos machines de plus de 5ans vous facturent la pièce 3 à 5 fois le prix!!

Ils expédient des commandes incomplètes sans information. Service client médiocre et lent.

La merce è arrivata, corretta e conforme. Il servizio assistenza sempre disponibile. Ci hanno messo più tempo del previsto ma mi pare doveroso fare la giusta recensione anche perché ho notato che la gente è più propensa alle critiche che alla buona riuscita del servizio.

Commande passée le 27/08 produit en stock . Le 08/09 la commande est toujours en préparation ! Silence radio, pas de réponses aux relances ! À fuir. . .

not helpful when returning items and wrong info about fitment on website. If you recieve the wrong items they won't give you compensation for the return shipment (which is against EU law)
