I started playing Airsoft last year and since then I have relied on Platoon Stores for help and advice and to purchase my kit. The are all amazing, friendly, professional and offer a service second to none. The Manager Jim Smith is awesome and I could not rate high more highly. 5 stars from me Platoon Stores !!!!

Staff are very friendly no problems there , but the owner PETER EVERETT is very rude and sarcastic the shop would be a far better place if the owner was behind the scenes and not dealing with the public as he has no customer service skills at all .

Ordered a few items, website was easy to use, prices were good and they shipped quickly. Would definitely use again.
