The bouquet ordered was not at all according to the picture and the paid price. I ordered lilies and roses for my mother’s birthday in another country and instead of a big bouquet she got two lousy chrysanthemums and two roses. Horrible experience with delivery people too- rude and obnoxious not even a small smile.

Everything worked perfectly. The bouquet arrived with the thank you note and I was delighted with the experience. As an improvement, it would be perfect if they could send a picture of the finished bouquet to the person giving the gift, so they can see the final result of what they bought. Because you never get to see it.
