This company is a scam. Within hours of ordering I was told they could no longer deliver. I have yet to receive a refund. Avoid.

I ordered a Premium bouquet and received something else like a small bouquet. Pictures on site should be posted according to reality. The quality-price ratio is negative. I was answered by email that those pictures do not correspond to reality. I mention that a product must be presented in the picture according to reality. I do not recommend.

Like many others here, I used this company to order flowers for my friend's birthday because I live in another country. The high rating and numerous reviews tempted me. However, several hours have now passed since the bouquet was supposed to be delivered, and customer support is replying with scripted responses (and then stopped replying at all), while my friend has been sitting at home waiting the entire time. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but I believe it is the business's responsibility to immediately contact the client and inform them of any problems, especially when dealing with flowers and gifts. I don’t know how this will end, but the mood has been completely ruined. This is horrible service and customer care.

The bouquet I ordered was not available. The manager contacted me about it. And he picked out another bouquet for me, which I also liked. The delivery was on time. Good work.

I ordered flowers a month ahead of delivery date and got an order confirmation and payment was taken. I only found out the day of delivery that Internet Florist could not deliver to the address. It was too late to order a new arrangement for a timely birthday delivery. Will never order from you again and will let everyone I know to never place orders with you. WORST ONLINE service ever
