This is a 5 star company, I am so impressed with the customer service I have received. There has been a shipping problem that has lasted 26 days, I let customer service know and they have dealt with the problem in less than 24 hours.

Package was lost at post office and I let Tribal Chimp know right away, they quickly wrote to me and said if post office did not find it they would replace, that was very assuring. It took less than a week but the post office found it, and I notified Tribal Chimp no need to replace. They wrote back again very quickly, and thanked me for letting them know. The customer service was great all the way through the incident. Thank you Tribal Chimp-please keep up good customer service 5 stars!

Their advertising is very misleading! The bottle is TINY! It's only 0.35 oz for $14.95!
