So if anyone reading this needs PROOF, respond to this rating, and I'll send it to you! UPDATE!!! Last email he sent was " we do not wish to read for you anyway" and is still keeping my money!!! I was contacted by "Chris" who does not appreciate the way I talked to his staff, demanding a refund! He definitely did NOT apologize for being over 2 weeks past the date of service and had the audacity to tell me today October 25th, I would have my reading! I will not be reading his generic take on a personal situation i wanted WEEKS ago and it's irrelevant now. But thanks! Smh....never again! I sent a THIRD refund request via PayPal. The date of the order was October 12th. $37. Lol. Trust pilot is making ME verify that this was a REAL experience! I keep all my receipts!! Never recieved the email reading I paid for. Sent messages from their site asking for a refund twice and no response. Crappy customer service clearly. Smh. Never again. Some sick BS to feed off of people's emotions and weaknesses.
